The Company is committed to protecting personal information and data which visitors/users provide. For this reason it has taken the necessary technical security and organizational processing measures of personal data of users. During the visit of the Company’s Website it is possible for some data to be collected that cannot be associated with an individual (non-identifiable), which are only to be used to help the Company to provide better services to its users/customers. e.deals&DEALS makes every effort to accurately present information, as this is indicated and listed by the Sellers/Business Brokers. The financial details of the business that are presented on the ads, concern the previous closed Fiscal Year and not the time of visit or/and reading.

e.deals&DEALS before posting on the Website the ads of businesses for sale, proceeds to the validation of the accuracy of the posted financial data through the accounting/financial forms of the previous fiscal year which are required to be obtained by the registrant. It does not, however, perform legal or financial control of the business for sale and does not express an opinion on the Asking Price (the height of which is requested or/and estimated solely by the registrant). Moreover, many facts and figures for the Business for Sale are likely to have changed from the previous Fiscal Year.

Consequently, the data and information contained on the Website are provided “exactly as is” without any guarantee expressed or/and implied in any way. Therefore, the Company and e.deals&DEALS bear no responsibility arising from the information for the businesses for sale as presented.

We recommend that you or your Consultants proceed to a thorough check on both of the data and information of the business for sale, as well as of any offer or contact you may receive.

Responsibility regarding the outcome of the Online valuation:The online valuation is based on the method of multipliers of profits and particularly Seller‘s Discretionary Earnings (SDE). The online tool determines the level of SDE, and then determines the level of the multiplier (how many times, ie the SDE is the value of the company), based on previous studies and statistics. The level of the multiplier is approached on three levels (minimum, average, and maximum) based on the respective curves.

The registrant/owner of the business evaluates, from a list of qualitative characteristics, his business, approximates the curve that his business fits in and thus the multiplier. Consequently, e.deals&DEALS bears no responsibility for the outcome of the online valuation, which is not a direction, recommendation, encouragement, claim, but simply an opinion on the value of the company, based on a statistical sample in accordance with the curves of average, maximum and minimum average.

8. Newsletters

The electronic informative material (eg. NewsLetters) which the Company sends from time to time to the members that have indicated that they wish to receive it, is the Company’s intellectual property and is therefore protected by the relevant Greek legislation and international conventions.

In order the visitor/user to receive the electronic informative material (eg Newsletters) of the Company, he consents in writing to the registration to the Website’s services and to the concession of the following data (Name, Address, Town, Prefecture, Zip Code, Mobile Phone, E-mail Address) to the Company, which are subject to the Privacy Policy Terms.

If a recipient of electronic informative material decides to stop receiving Newsletters, he can be deleted from the list of recipients, or from the link provided to him in every of the Newsletter sent, or through his account.

The password is the ‘key’ to entering your account. Make sure that you safely protect the password. 11. Prices and VAT

The Packages’s prices shown are in euro (€) and include the current VAT as prescribed by the law. e.deals&DEALS reserves the right to adjust the prices shown without prior notice. For the provision of services to the countries of the European Union and according to the sixth (6th) EU Directive on VAT, the prices are charged with the same VAT which is in force in Greece. The software, according to the Greek code for accounting books and records, is considered a service and, in terms of taxation, is treated in the same way.

12. Payment Methods

A) Payment through Paypal
PayPal is used for the payment of the services rendered, an international organization of credit card clearing. PayPal is the most reliable body for secure payments via the internet, worldwide. Using this method, you do not give your credit card to e.deals&DEALSbut only to PayPal. e.deals&DEALS is not responsible for any matter relating to your transaction with PayPal. For information see http://www.paypal.com.
B) Payment through Bank Deposit
Using the bank account that is provided, you can deposit (either at your bank branch or via internet) the price of the service you selected and send us by e-mail (cr@e.dealsAndDEALS.eu) the proof of the bank deposit in order to complete the listing and publication of your ad. Until your deposit or the transfer of the amount of the order to the account e.deals&DEALS is completed, your ad will be on standby for a period of 7 working days. Beyond this limit the claim will be void. In case a bank transfer is sent, we reserve the right to charge the sender the full cost of remittance. In order to complete the Listing using the bank deposit method, the user must indicate the reason of the deposit, the User ID (e-mail) or the title of his ad.

13. Issuing of Documents

e.deals&DEALS issues, upon the completion of payment, Receipts for Services for individuals and Invoices for companies and professionals, according to the data declared by each user. The legal documents are sent by regular mail within a month, to the address that you have stated. In case the user has not completed the data regarding the receipt, or has completed them incorrectly, e.deals&DEALS legally issues the document, but is exempted from the obligation to send it to the recipient.

14. Refund

By accepting the terms of use, the interested party accepts the cost of the service he chooses according to the price list, valid at that moment, which is posted on the website. Hence the deposit of the amount of payment takes place, and regardless if the user has utilized its services for the whole year of subscription, the user/client has no right to claim a refund.

All fees for subscriptions or ads are not refundable and cannot be transferred. The client also accepts the fact that the website may be offline for technical reasons and cannot claim any compensation for the time the listing is not published, nor demand reimbursement for this reason.

15. Account upgrading

The upgrading of the account/package of a user is done through the menu/Account. If a user upgrades his account from one package to another, the remaining time of use of the previous package, is not transferred to the new package and the money is not refunded. Once upgrading takes place, then he has at his disposal and for as long as the new package allows, the services offered by the new package.

16. Cancellation of subscription

You can cancel your subscription or ad on the Website, before it expires, either through your account online or by sending an e-mail to the administrator. You will not receive a refund depending on the time of its use. Shortly before the automatic termination of the subscription or of your ad, you will receive an e-mail informing you about the possibility of renewal. If you choose not to renew it, then your subscription or ad will automatically expire. Your listings or ads shall be deleted from the Website, either automatically upon expiration of your subscription or ad or by your own cancellation.

17. Violation of Terms of Use

In any case of violation of these Terms of Use, the users will be required to compensate for any positive or/and consequential damage of the Company. Failure of the Company to exercise any of its rights under these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiving of those rights.

The Company expressly reserves the right to oversee the implementation of these rules in its sole discretion.
