To publish your ad, click "Create an Ad" at your account pages (after creating an account or
Login if you already have one) and then follow the provided instructions.
Before you start posting your Ad, print one of the samples in order to organize the needed information.
It must be stressed that Ads that have all fields completed have a much better chance to “be sold”, because they attract more viewers.
If you need help, save your post up to that time, by selecting “Simple Save” and contact us via the contact form.
The posting of your ad consists of 5 stages:

In the 1st step fill in:
- the Title of the Ad*,
- the Industry Sector*,
- the Location of the Business*,
- the Characteristic Moto, something unique that characterizes your Βusiness and emphase your ad (e.g. “High Profitability”, "Steady Clientele", "Unique in the Region", "Unique product", etc.),
- the Description* (Activity, History, Products/Services, Differentiation by Competitors, Brand Names, etc). Entry only the important information, based on what you should like to know if you were looking for a Business to buy.

In the 2nd step fill in some details about
- the assets of your business. Please comment the age, whether are owned or rented, the appearance and functionality, etc. on those (offices, factory, warehouse, store(s), etc.) that are worth being described so as to achieve easier the Buyer for your business.
- evaluate the location your business, if it is a Retail Activity.

In the 3rd step fill in the Financial data of your Βusiness (such as Turnover*, Profit before Taxes, etc.) from the Income Statement Account or the E3 Accounting Document. |

In the 4th step fill in some details about your company
- legal form,
- Category of Accounting Books Keeping,
- Establishment year,
- number of employees,
- rent and renewal conditions,
- if it is a franchise, or not,
- if it can be re-located, or not,
- if it can be operated from home, or not,
- information about Competition & the Prospects of the Business,
- information on the type of Support & Training that you will provide to the Buyer.

And final in the 5th step fill in some details about the desired transaction
- Determine the type of the transaction (Business Sale, Assets Sale, etc)
- the asking price*,
- the reason for sale,
- financial facilities and
- clarify whether it will be sold "with/or without Debts" and "with/or without Liabilities".

In the above stages the required fields are those with the asterisk.

You complete your Ad with two choices:
By selecting "Save", your Ad is temporarily saved in "My Account" in the section "My Ads". At any time you want, through "My Account/My Ads" you can edit your Ad. When you complete the editing, by selecting "Save & Send" you send it for Approval.
By selecting "Save & Send" your Ad is saved in "My Account" and at the same time it is sent for Approval. When it is examined by our team, and the financial data from the attached forms are confirmed, then the ad is published in the portal (we do everything possible to have it published within 48 hours).

Do not forget to attach (electronically) the financial documents that we suggest (depending on the legal form of your company) for confirming the financial information you provided. Thus, your ads become more reliable for buyers.
