The activities of deals&DEALS are focused on the implementation of Mergers & Acquisitions, on Buying and Selling Businesses (Business Brokerage), on Company Valuations and on Business Value Maximization Action Plans (before the sale).
deals&DEALS acts as an intermediary between the Buyer and the Seller, aiming at the materialization of each agreement, in such a way, that both parties are fully satisfied (win-win situation).
On that aim, we provide specialized professional services to either the Buyer or the Seller, which cover the complete range of the procedure - from the Identification of any Interest to the Completion of the Agreement.
The owner of the company, Mr. Chr. Roussis, holds a M.Sc. Degree in Economics and he is actively involved in the Business Brokerage and Mergers & Acquisitions field, since 1997. Mr. Roussis has a deep knowledge and proven experience in Closing Deals (Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Brokerage) as well as in Business Valuations in various business sectors.
Ηe is a member of the International Business Brokerage Association® (IBBA), of the Economic Chamber of Greece, of the Registry of the Hellenic Organization of Small-Medium Sized Enterprises & Handicraft (H.O.S.M.S.E.&H.), of the the Business Angels Network of HOSMSEH, and certified trainer of the Hellenic Organization of Employment (OAED).
